Meeting Times, Breakfast and Reception

Breakfast and Registration: 7:00 am - 8:30 am

Meeting Time: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm

Reception: The reception will begin at 5:45 pm

Dinner to follow at 6:45 pm in the main ballroom

Expenses

Accommodations at the Ritz Carlton will be covered (a credit card for incidentals will be required upon check-in. All charges added to the room outside of the covered expense of your stay are charged to the individual). Travel for you to/from the event, including airfare, mileage, valet parking, airport transportation (we will cover the expense of an Uber or Lyft for travel to/from the airport) will be reimbursed according to the instructions below for attendees only). Please note travel costs, activities and meals outside of dinner for any additional guests are at the individuals expense. To prevent any delays in receiving your reimbursement, please follow the instructions carefully and let us know of any questions you may have.

Reimbursement of Expenses

  • Paycom > add and manage expenses > add expense > manual expense > submit with code COR Travel & Ent. - Corporate Summit.

  • If your expense is rejected due to cost in the system, please contact Holly, holly.pace@platinumderm.com​

 

Hotel Information

You do not need a confirmation number for your hotel room. If you selected yes during registration for a room, you are automatically added to the room block.

  • The check-in time is 4pm and the check-out time is 11am.

Flight Information

If you have not purchased your flight, below is the information on the airport and travel. 

  • Flight: Please purchase a main cabin flight by August 18th. Reimbursement for first-class flights is not permitted.

  • The airport options are Dallas Love Field (10 miles from the hotel) and Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (9.1 miles from the hotel).​

Attire

Business casual for the day, continuing on to our evening event.
